Job Description
Job Summary:
- Basic up $3000
- Mon Fri 8am 5:45pm
- Woodlands area
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounting operations including accurate data entry and invoice processing.
- Support accounts payable (AP) / accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform necessary financial reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Process employee claims and expense reimbursements efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
- Provide support during audits ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
