Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a HR & Admin Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of employee records databases and personnel files ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including arranging workstations stationery uniforms personal protective equipment (if required) and other necessary preparations.
- Provide administrative support for work pass applications renewals and cancellations in compliance with relevant employment regulations.
- Post and maintain job advertisements on appropriate platforms in line with fair recruitment practices.
- Coordinate and administer employee training programs including handling course approvals registrations posttraining evaluations and maintaining uptodate training records and documentation.
- Review and verify drivers trip claims to ensure accuracy before approval.
- Plan coordinate and organize activities such as meetings company events and other related functions.
- Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment including copiers airconditioners water dispensers and other office resources.
- Provide general administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level Higher Nitec Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR management systems such as Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant local labor legislation.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2800 VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
