Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a After Sales Marketing Specialist :
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth processing and management of incoming orders.
- Respond to distributor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipment documentation (e.g. invoices packing lists bills of lading) to facilitate customs clearance for importers.
- Address warranty claims reports of short or mispacked items and logisticsrelated quality issues.
- Manage payment processing for supplier and buyer invoices in SAP.
- Compile and prepare monthly reports to track and report on key performance indicators.(KPIs)
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Logisticsrelated fields with 12 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel PowerPoint and Access.
- Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Asia
- Training is provided.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWSVB (3 6 Months)
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
