Job Description
Required 3 7 Years Experienced Qualified and Practicing Lawyer with LLB or LLM background.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice to company and its directors.
- Preparation and Vetting of contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers and consortiums.
- Liaoning and coordinating with practicing professional and law firms appointed.
- Reply to legal notices related civil criminal banking etc
- Overall management of all activities pertaining to ongoing legal matters.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Good interpersonal skills Vetting Contracts Legal Notices Legal Drafting SEBI Drafting Agreements
- Appearance in court.
Note : Joining required Immediate to 7 days
