Job Description
Our esteemed client is searching for a Service Technician (Security Systems):
Responsibilities:
- Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact with client representatives addressing all service and maintenancerelated issues.
- Mentor and guide a team of service technicians ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams delegating responsibilities and overseeing service deliveries.
- Manage daytoday client interactions ensuring expectations are met and optimal results are achieved.
- Support the supervisor in ensuring the timely troubleshooting service and maintenance of security systems at clients premises.
- Understand each clients business organization and objectives to deliver tailored customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform other technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Handson experience with security systems including Integrated Security Management Systems Card Access Control Systems Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of IT networking and server management is an added advantage.
Additional Information
- Working Location: Tiong Bharu
- Working Hours: 5 days Mon to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
- Salary: Basic Up to $3500 Standby Allowance AWS Variable Bonus
