Design and deliver compelling training content for group sessions.
Develop voiceover scripts and oversee training manuals (hard/soft copies videos).
Collaborate with the Training & Development (T&D) team to align programs with company standards.
Strategize and execute the training calendar (monthly and annually).
Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) to bridge organizational skill gaps.
Manage monitor and optimize the training budget.
Maintain meticulous documentation and operations for both internal and external training programs.
Organize materials and certificates while ensuring accurate training records.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in HRM Marketing or related fields.
Experience: 13 years in consultancy education or corporate training.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and animations.
Creative prowess for engaging content conceptualization.
Strong command of English and Urdu.
