- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present our HR solutions.
- Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients for longterm success.
- Analyze sales metrics and refine strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in banking IT FMCG telecom or HR services.
- Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation communication and negotiation.
- Experience with sales engagement tools and MIS reporting is an advantage
