Position Overview
CloudPSO is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated selfstarter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify target and pursue potential clients in key industries for CloudPSO s services.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads opportunities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging market opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals presentations and SOWs for prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 24 years of proven experience in business development sales or a similar role in IT services or staffing industries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in using Apollio.io CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
