We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager Digital Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with Marham s key digital partners. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in digital marketing and business development to drive effective partnership campaigns and initiatives. The role requires a strategic mindset to nurture existing partnerships identify new opportunities and drive mutual value while expanding Marham s market presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Partnership Management:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned digital partners ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure longterm success.
- Identify negotiate and onboard new strategic partners to enhance Marham s offerings.
**Campaign Planning & Execution:**
- Leverage digital marketing expertise to design and execute impactful campaigns in collaboration with partners aligning them with Marham s goals and KPIs.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion.
**Revenue Growth:**
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and crossselling additional services or solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business expansion and market penetration.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and propose strategic improvements to optimize revenue generation.
**Market Analysis & Strategy:**
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to enhance digital partnerships.
- Provide insights to partners to help them better understand and leverage Marham s platform and audience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and strategic alliances.
**Reporting & Analytics:**
- Regularly track and report partnership and campaign performance against established KPIs.
- Use datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and recommend strategic shifts when necessary.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and growth strategies to stakeholders.
**Team Management:**
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members enhancing their skills and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and goaloriented work environment within the team.
**Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing product and content to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional efforts to deliver valuedriven partnerships and business solutions.
Requirements
Education:**
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing Digital Marketing or a related field.
**Experience:**
- 5 years of experience in business development digital partnerships or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing including campaign strategy social media management and analytics tools.
- Experience in the healthcare or digital marketing industry is a plus.
**Skills:**
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts tools and trends.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing platforms.
