Accounts Receivable Management:
- Act as a finance business partner for Partnerships Corporate Fintech Shops and other functions.
- Manage and resolve disputes between clients and the company related to financial numbers.
Revenue Accounting:
- Possess a solid understanding of revenue accounting principles.
- Own and manage the corresponding entries in the financial systems.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain productive relationships.
System Knowledge and Automation:
- Work closely with different teams and system support teams to automate streamline and improve current reporting operational and reconciliation processes.
- Have basic knowledge of SAP Salesforce and SQL to support daytoday operations.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate plan and implement improvements in business processes and practices surrounding recoveries and revenue streams.
Timely Adjustments and Reporting:
- Process adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support monthend close reporting activities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in Accounting Business Administration or Finance.
- Detailoriented with the ability to visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
- Processoriented with a strong understanding of both financial and operational controls.
- Comfortable working with both manual and automated processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.
