Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred (Business Communications or related field).
  • Native Arabic with fluency in English both verbal and written is required.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive and solutionoriented approach.
  • Interest in and understanding of the writing process is a plus. We value individuals who are intellectually curious and enjoy contributing to creative endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executives schedule including personal and professional appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively anticipate and prepare materials needed for meetings and appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain accurate records and files both physical and digital.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support to the executives team by following up on delegated tasks.
  • Engage in discussions with the executive to refine ideas and provide feedback on their writing projects (currently focused on their second book).
  • Manage general office tasks including correspondence supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a high level of accountability for assigned tasks and deadlines.
