Position: Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth in alignment with company goals.
- Leverage your network and industry expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as the main point of contact.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to enhance the companys market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing to support sales efforts and client engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends client needs and competitive insights to guide business development strategies.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and partners supporting market expansion initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Forex industry.
- Fluency in both English and Thai (C1) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Forex trading and market dynamics.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent multitasking prioritization and time management skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel for partnership building and market expansion opportunities.
