Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Conduct 200–300 highquality outbound calls daily to engage potential clients in the US market.
- Appointment Setting: Secure 8–10 qualified appointments per month with decisionmakers across various industries.
- Outreach Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn email campaigns and other outreach platforms to identify and connect with prospective clients.
- Market Research: Identify key decisionmakers understand their pain points and position our IT services as the ideal solution.
- Followups: Maintain consistent followups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.
- CRM Management: Record all interactions update prospect information and track progress in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven coldcalling experience in the US market ideally within the IT services sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Platform Proficiency: Proficient in LinkedIn email outreach tools and other leadgeneration platforms.
- GoalOriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed appointmentbased targets consistently.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work US shifts to align with the target market's time zone.
- CRM Expertise: Handson experience with CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
