This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full Time Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney Time with a 1hour unpaid lunch break. // 6:00am 3:00pm Manila Time
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Handle multiple accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
- Work with up to 3 accounts simultaneously managing financial transactions efficiently.
Invoicing:
- Generate and send invoices to clients weekly.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing reflecting services provided and agreedupon terms.
Payment Recording:
- Record payments received from clients promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile payments against issued invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions ensuring all entries are accurate and uptodate.
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to verify that all transactions are accurately recorded in the books.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies on time to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Requirements
Prior Experience:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in using Xero accounting software.
- Ability to navigate and utilize Xero features for effective financial management.
Australian Experience:
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of Australian accounting practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with the Australian business environment and financial reporting requirements.
