This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible hours anytime for 4 hours a day for 5 days a week.
Sales Recording: Monitor and record sales data by being copied on order emails primarily received between Monday and Wednesday with additional orders throughout the week.
Expense Management: Accurately input expenses into designated categories based on forwarded emails receipts and PDFs.
Data Entry: Maintain uptodate financial records in Google Sheets ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Financial Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports including income statements and expense summaries to assist management in decisionmaking.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members to clarify transaction details and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferably with proficiency in using Google Sheets for financial recordkeeping.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data entry and financial record maintenance.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage and organize financial documents and correspondence received via email.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with team members and management.
