Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia our client is a leading provider of freight forwarding and logistics services specializing in air and ocean export and import distribution warehousing and full truckload (FTL) transportation. We are seeking dynamic and resultsoriented professionals to join our team as Key Account Managers and Business Development Executives.
Job Title:Business development & key account manager
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Identify and generate leads set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers using various communication methods including facetoface meetings phone calls and emails.
Sales Pipeline Management:Maintain and manage the sales pipeline ensuring timely responses to requests for information and remaining proactive in addressing prospective customers needs.
Prospect Identification:Identify sales prospects follow up on new leads and track referrals resulting from field activities.
Sales Reporting:Update the sales journey for each new customer in the sales report before and after sales visits.
Customer Relationship Development:Build and nurture relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities.
Collaboration:Work closely with the Operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
Accounts Receivable Assistance:Support the Accounts Receivable department by tracking payments from the customer base.
Communication:Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations team to facilitate smooth service delivery.
