Our client is a global company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  1. Business opportunity development

  • Proactively gain insight of SMS market in Vietnam identify key/potential customers and be able to find key decisionmaker and identify customers needs.

  • Use customers language to start conversations gain customer trust explore product and technology needs and form solid business opportunities.

  • Regularly contact existing and potential customers to gain key information such as customers business plans and budgets supplier status organizational structure and technical environment.

  • Maintain customer relationships at all levels and establish longterm business and technical relationships with customer CXO or CXOD to obtain key support.


  1. Product and technology empowerment

  • Based on the understanding of the customers industry and business background help customers understand the value of Company s products and their differentiated competitive advantages relative to our Competitors and convey Company s role as the best partner for customers.

  • Independently explain Companys standard product solutions to customers clearly conveying the competitiveness of Companys solutions and the business value for the customers.


  1. Decisionmaking facilitation and business opportunity conversion

  • Through effective resource integration facilitate customers to make better decisions adopt and continue to use Company s products and technical solutions and continue to create value for customers.

  • Through the use of a series of sales strategies such as communication influence and business negotiation transform business opportunities to real projects and achieve a winwin situation for customers.

  • Feedback problems encountered by customers that affect their experience and help improve our products/solutions.


  1. Business support

  • Provide business support to customers throughout the entire life cycle integrate resources from all parties to ensure project implementation.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above.

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required and Chinese is a strong plus.

  • 310 years of To B sales related work experience including at least 3 years experience in SMS area.

  • Independently interact with customer Clevel to complete effective business and technical communication.

  • Understand customer business and SMS needs diagnose customer technical problems in specific business scenarios and provide competitive solutions.

  • Control the pace of negotiations complete project negotiations independently and achieve target results.

  • Understand the technological evolution in the product field compare the similarities and differences in technical characteristics of similar products and answer common questions from partners and customers about product technology development trends.

  • Accurately identify and classify customers key stakeholders and establish different communication strategies for different customers.

  • Take the lead in creating a friendly communication atmosphere effectively listen to other peoples opinions and express your own opinions clearly.

  • Have good service awareness be able to deal with customer problems till the end effectively help customers solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
