Our client a topnotch company in the technology industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Proactively analyze the cloud market in Vietnam to identify key customers and decisionmakers understanding their needs to create solid business opportunities through effective communication and relationshipbuilding.
Help customers recognize the technical value of the company s products by leveraging industry knowledge and demonstrating competitive advantages.
Utilize resource integration to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding the adoption of products.
Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the project lifecycle coordinating resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value creation.
Gather and relay customer feedback during their experience contributing insights that help enhance products and solutions.
Assess customer business needs and digital transformation requirements diagnose specific technical challenges and propose competitive solutions.
Accurately identify and categorize key stakeholders within customer organizations tailoring communication strategies to suit different clients while fostering a positive dialogue and actively listening to others perspectives to ensure clarity in expressing your own views.
Bachelor s or higher degree in Business Administration Economy or closely related fields.
Proficiency in English is essential preferably the ability to understand Chinese.
At least 5 years of experience in BD Manager or similar roles especially in B2B or Pre Sales in the public cloud area.
Experience in working with Clevel customers to facilitate effective business and technical communication.
Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
