Job Description
Job responsibilities:
-
- Should have minimum 2 years to maximum 8 years or more in Pharma Incentive Compensation domain (must to have)
- Working level knowledge of IQVIA databases MIDAS datasets BI tools various pharma datasets and Tableau.
- Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) capabilities such as segmentation targeting call planning territory alignments/deployment goal setting and incentive compensation in the pharma domain.
- The candidate location can be from anywhere however willing to relocate to Bangalore once selected for the role
- Target firms: Axtria ZS Associates Genpact Novartis Elli Lilly. Candidate can be from service or productbased industry however must have worked on Pharma IC operations (refrain from submitting applicants supporting Novo Nordisk projects)
