Role Description
The Head of C&B will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies and policies analysing current programs and making recommendations for improvements and managing relationships with external consultants and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- To lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation and benefits strategies that drive organizational success and employee engagement.
- To lead a big team and influence decisionmaking at the highest levels of the organization.
- To conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- To collaborate with HR finance and other departments to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with overall business objectives and financial goals.
- Integrate compensation and benefits programs with performance management systems to drive high performance and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- More than 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits with 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and regulations.
- Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally
- Experience in Business Planning and Consulting is preferable
