However this doesnt happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join our growing team in Thailand! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven and hungry to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 40 sales representatives
Responsible for Vendor acquisition on the platform involving field sales telesales and self sign ups while setting up the vendors for growth on platform
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation coaching sales skills development and sales operations management
Establish the development of the annual sales plan and achievement of KPIs to constantly improve the sales funnel
Responsible for monitoring performance by streamlining processes involving a system of reports and communication
Responsible for managing the growing sales team developing a business plan covering sales revenue cost controls
Qualifications :
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management or equivalent.
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required with 23 years in a management role
Proven sales experience preferably with ecommerce or startups is preferred
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
Thai National with good command in English
