Store Manager Large Volume Store in Drogheda
Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next challenge We are recruiting for a dynamic and resultsdriven individual to lead the operations of a highvolume store in Drogheda.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy fastpaced store where delivering exceptional customer service and driving performance are key. As the Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What We re Looking For:
We re seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing largeformat stores. Ideal candidates will come from a grocery DIY or similar highvolume retail background.
Key Requirements:
- Retail Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role within grocery or DIY retail.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Capable of motivating and managing a large team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets stock levels and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering a superior customer experience.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficiency in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and proactive in responding to the demands of a highvolume retail environment.
