Location: Remote (LATAM)
Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM EST

As a Call Representative you will play a critical role in our servicing and settlements team by maintaining regular communication with attorneys to ensure accurate case tracking and updates. This entrylevel position is ideal for candidates looking to grow within the legal or healthcare support industries while developing their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled 90day status calls with attorneys to gather updates on ongoing cases.
- Update case management systems with accurate and detailed case information.
- Act as a liaison between Case Managers Care Coordinators and attorneys to share case progress and updates.
- Provide customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document all communications and ensure timely updates for efficient case tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth resolution of cases.
Qualifications
- Preferred background in paralegal work law or legal support.
- Comfortable communicating with law firms and medical providers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Detailoriented and skilled in followup and tracking processes.
- Adaptability to changing workflows and client needs.
