Job Description
Job Title: Care Coordinator
Salary Range: $1000 $1500 USD/month
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM EST

Job Overview
As a Care Coordinator you will serve as the key liaison between attorneys and medical providers ensuring smooth communication and efficient care coordination for patients involved in personal injury cases. You will focus on monitoring patient treatment progress ensuring adherence to schedules and assisting in building comprehensive case files for legal purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care from initial consultation through postoperative treatment.
- Act as the primary contact for attorneys and medical providers.
- Track patient attendance and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and medical treatments.
- Address and resolve issues related to patient care or scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor treatment progression and collaborate with attorneys to facilitate efficient case resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare medical administration or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
