Experience &Skills required:
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a training or staff development role within a retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail processes customer service principles and sales techniques.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules including evenings weekends and holidaysas needed.
Qualification:
Bachelor& degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in training and
development is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various retail
roles encompassing product knowledge customer service skills sales techniques and
operational procedures.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for retail staff using diverse training
methods including classroom training onthejob training and elearning.
Collaborate with retail management to schedule training sessions and ensure minimal
disruption to daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance feedback and performance evaluations
and utilize data to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.
