National Sales Head
Location: Delhi
Experience: 10 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Lead mentor and manage the national sales team setting performance expectations and providing coaching for success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including key accounts regional markets and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and improve market share.
- Monitor sales performance metrics providing regular reports and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role ideally in a national capacity.
- Strong track record in sales management business development and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions for improving sales performance.
