Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Lead endtoend planning execution and delivery of residential highrise buildings villa construction and SRA projects.
o Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and in line with quality and safety standards.
2. Team Leadership:
o Manage and mentor a team of engineers site supervisors and contractors.
o Assign roles monitor performance and resolve any onsite challenges effectively.

3. Planning & Execution:
o Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
o Oversee procurement vendor negotiations and inventory management.
o Coordinate with architects structural engineers and consultants to ensure project alignment.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
o Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations building codes and safety standards.
o Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain construction excellence.

5. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with clients government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
o Provide regular updates on project progress risks and mitigation strategies.
6. Slum Rehabilitation Expertise:
o Handle the unique challenges of SRA projects including liaison with government bodies and the affected community.
o Plan and implement redevelopment strategies with minimal disruption to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
20 years of experience in managing largescale residential highrise villa construction and SRA projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies materials and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
