Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with 24 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools platforms and sourcing techniques.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle salary discussions offer generation and close candidates effectively.
Experience in hiring across a variety of functions such as IT marketing sales customer service and operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit effectively.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
