Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and culture.
  • Source and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for BoldFits culture and the specific role.
  • Lead negotiation and offer generation ensuring that candidates receive compelling and competitive offers while staying within company budget and compensation structures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement retention programs and organizational development.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with 24 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools platforms and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle salary discussions offer generation and close candidates effectively.
  • Experience in hiring across a variety of functions such as IT marketing sales customer service and operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
