Role Overview:
We are seeking a resultsoriented SEO Specialist with experience working in IT organizations to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Plan and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to improve organic rankings.
- Keyword Research: Conduct indepth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvement.
- OnPage Optimization: Optimize website content meta tags headings and internal linking structures to enhance search engine visibility.
- OffPage Optimization: Develop and implement linkbuilding strategies manage backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site performance indexing crawl errors and mobile optimization.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop highquality SEOfriendly content for blogs landing pages and other digital assets.
- SEO Analytics: Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and other SEO platforms.
- Competitive Analysis: Research industry trends monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the IT domain.
- Local SEO: Optimize for local search including Google My Business and locationbased keywords.
- Emerging Trends: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and best practices to ensure continued success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science Marketing or related fields.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of SEO experience in an IT organization or similar technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Screaming Frog and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Coding Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript for SEO implementation is an advantage.
- DataDriven Approach: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Capability to identify and resolve complex SEO challenges effectively.
- Certifications: SEO or digital marketing certifications from reputed platforms are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a keen eye for detail.
