Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Financial Analyst with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance a keen understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements financial modeling and balance sheet analysis. You will contribute to driving strategic decisionmaking by providing financial insights conducting analyses and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Profit & Loss Analysis:
- Prepare analyze and interpret P&L statements.
- Identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement in revenue and cost management.

Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting scenario analysis and decisionmaking.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on model outcomes.

Balance Sheet Understanding:
- Analyze balance sheet components and assess financial health indicators such as liquidity and solvency.
- Reconcile discrepancies and ensure alignment with company goals.

Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Summarize data to communicate key insights effectively.

Support Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support budgeting forecasting and strategic planning processes.
- Conduct adhoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives.

Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and other compliance activities.
