If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
It ensures that all customer requirements are respected and promoted within the organization.
Manages all aspects of complaints received from the client
Gathers and prepares the traceability information required by the customer.
Gathers the 8D team and oversees the process in order for the problem to be solved
Complete the 8D in PMT
Track location C and the costs of complaints
Responsible for building and describing the process and analyzing the risks in the process(s): Manufacturing/Production.
and if you have/are:
Higher Education (Technical Profile is an advantage)
Professional experience in Quality (automotive is an advantage)
Knowledge of quality methods is an advantage
English language: advanced level
Computer operating knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel Power Point) medium / advanced level; general knowledge of production process quality; technical drawing knowledge is an advantage
Open responsible organized person; flexibility team spirit involvement
