Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Croatian Speaker)
Location: Bucharest Romania
Job Type: Fulltime
About the Role
We are seeking a Croatianspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bucharest Romania. As a key member of the support team you will assist customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to products services and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service helpdesk or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Eligible to work in Romania (valid work permit or EU citizenship required).
