Cross Border Talents is looking for a Polish native speaker to join the Polish customer experience team in a multinational leading global brand in Athens!
What you will do:
- Communicate with customers via phone chat & email.
- Track and follow cases.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand.
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices.
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords.
- Setup repairs for hardwarerelated issues.
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
What you will bring:
- Native Polish.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred.
- Great communication skills.
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
