Location: Madrid Spain (Onsite Hybrid after 6 months)
Position: French Client Service Officer
Languages Required: Fluent French Good Level of English
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

What Youll Do:
- Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their issues in French.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients in English.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely followups.
- Work collaboratively to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Organized proactive and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment.
