Are you an experienced client service professional fluent in French Join our dynamic team in Madrid as a Client Service Manager where youll lead customer relationships drive satisfaction and develop impactful solutions for our clients. What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage client accounts ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for Frenchspeaking clients addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement clientfocused strategies.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights to clients.
- Support and mentor the customer service team to achieve their targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English.
- Proven experience in client service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
