Role Overview:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist youll interact with clients through various channelsphone chat email and social mediahandling account technical and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to improvements in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support via phone live chat email and social media
- Address inquiries related to account setup verification login issues financial concerns and technical difficulties
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers particularly in the sports industry
- Respond quickly to customer questions concerns and feedback
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
- Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
- Provide suggestions for process and service improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
