Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingB2B solution providerwho are looking to recruit an Audio Visual Manager fortheir Gaming studios in Bogota Colombia.
Position:Audio Visual Manager
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and test new facilities and equipment
- Maintain equipment used in video production broadcasting and interactive media
- Set up and oversee audiovisual connections between units
- Diagnose and repair technical issues in equipment and systems
- Minimize service disruptions by promptly identifying and implementing alternative solutions when equipment fails
- Set up and operate equipment and transmission links for outside broadcasts.
- Design and install custom audiovisual circuits
- Design and build hardware and systems
- Promote and apply best practices for workplace health and safety
- Interpret and act on instructions and requests from product owners creative directors and team members
- Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements by networking with contacts and exploring new systems and techniques
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2) both written and spoken
- Indepth understanding of photography principles including aperture shutter speed ISO exposure and camera lenses
- Experience in electronic engineering and operating communication equipment
- Advanced proficiency in operating video cameras
- Advanced expertise in using production video switchers
- Experience with live chroma keying techniques
- Strong understanding of SDI infrastructure
- Adequate color vision and hearing capabilities
- Proficient in IT and project management
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problemsolving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure
