GENERAL MANAGER
As the General Manager you will be at the forefront of our hotels success reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. Your role involves steering daily operations in line with our companys mission and values aiming for peak financial performance guest satisfaction and colleague engagement. This position offers you the chance to shape strategic goals enhance your leadership skills and make a tangible impact while adding your personal touch to our brands journey.
Qualifications :
Fluent in Spanish and English with a strong understanding of the local market including prior experience in Central or Latin America; Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel management with at least five years in a similar role; Exceptional financial acumen; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with guests owners and team members.
