Job Overview
As a Recruiter with proficiency in Dutch German Portuguese or Spanish you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This position requires you to utilise your language skills to identify screen and prepare candidates for a variety of roles while supporting the recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to leverage their linguistic strengths to make a meaningful impact in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as databases social media and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and aptitudes.
- Collaborate with different departments and managers to validate hiring needs and requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- Build trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Dutch German Portuguese or Spanish (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
- University degree ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong organizational communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods including profile definition assessments interviews and followups.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
- Positive attitude with a focus on community building and teamwork.
