Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Faculty of Digital Marketing to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of digital marketing professionals by delivering dynamic training sessions enhancing course content and staying abreast of industry advancements. You will focus on providing an engaging highquality learning experience fostering student success and contributing to the growth of our educational programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Course Delivery & Curriculum Development

  • Deliver interactive and impactful sessions as per the predesigned digital marketing curriculum.
  • Continuously upgrade and enhance course materials with the latest trends tools and techniques in digital marketing.
  • Customize content delivery to meet the needs of diverse learners ensuring an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Engagement & Innovation

  • Represent IIDE by conducting promotional pitches at colleges across Mumbai highlighting the benefits and career opportunities of digital marketing education.
  • Innovate and refine teaching methodologies to improve the overall learning experience.
  • Stay updated on cuttingedge developments in digital marketing including areas like Performance Marketing SEO Social Media Strategy Email Marketing Mobile Marketing AdWords Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Web Analytics.

Student Progress & Assessment

  • Monitor student learning outcomes and recommend strategies to address challenges or learning gaps.
  • Design and evaluate diverse assessment tools such as MCQs pretests and posttests to gauge student understanding.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sessions student progress and training materials.

Classroom & Operational Management

  • Ensure classrooms (both physical and virtual) are wellequipped for an optimal learning experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any classroom issues including technical challenges to support seamless training delivery.


Requirements

Requirements:

MustHave

  • 13 years of handson experience in digital marketing preferably within an educational or trainingfocused environment.
  • Strong expertise in areas such as Paid Advertising (Google Ads Facebook Ads) SEO Content Marketing and Analytics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver complex concepts in an easytounderstand manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching mentoring and inspiring students.

ShouldHave

  • Proven experience in tailoring course materials to meet audiencespecific requirements.
  • Proficiency in developing administering and assessing educational tools like quizzes and performance tests.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various digital marketing domains including CRM tools Performance Marketing and Conversion Optimization.
  • Strong classroom management skills both online and offline.

NicetoHave

  • Previous experience in public speaking conducting workshops or delivering academic presentations.
  • Familiarity with advanced digital marketing platforms tools and emerging trends.
  • Experience working with a diverse group of learners from various academic and professional backgrounds.

Education:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field. Specialization in Marketing Digital Marketing or related domains will be an advantage.
