Objective
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. This role involves leading the sales team building and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Head of Business Development will work closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of highquality facility management services to clients.
Minimum Exp. Required
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role of 15 Years

Role and Responsibilities
1)Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and competitive positioning.
Set sales targets performance goals and sales forecasts.
2) Team Leadership and Development:
Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
3) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored facility management solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
4) Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Prepare and present proposals bids and contracts to potential clients.
5) Sales Operations and Reporting:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Implement and manage sales tools CRM systems and processes to track and report sales activities and performance.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
6) Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the operations marketing and finance teams to ensure the delivery of highquality services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
7) Market and Industry Knowledge:
Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and expand business contacts.
