The brand new ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport opened in early 2024 and is home to a busy openplan bar and restaurant. Were on the hunt for an F&B Supervisor (officially known as a Guest Service Manager) to look after our guests and lead and support the F&B team on shift. Working fulltime 40 hours a week youll be a visible presence in the lounge; serving and welcoming guests taking orders supporting the team and looking for opportunities to drive revenue. In return were offering an annual salary of 26000 and benefits which include hotel discounts a day off for your birthday and more.
The ideal candidate will have around two years experience working frontofhouse in a hotel or highstreet restaurant in a supervisory role. Youll have a friendly demeanour be efficient and reliable and know how to inspire your colleagues by setting a great example.
ibis Styles Gatwick Airport hotel will have over 180 bedrooms and will be welcoming international guests business travellers families and people heading off on holiday so were expecting it to be a bustling and vibrant hotel. As F&B Supervisor youll be key to ensuring that they enjoy a great dining experience during their visit and will want to come back again soon! As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
You will be working weekend and midweek shifts both early and late to cover our breakfast and dinner service so flexibility around shift availability is required.
