About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to joinRIU Hotels & Resortsas a F&B Supervisor. In this role your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. Youll leverage your expertise in the Restaurant and Lobby Barto contribute to our commitment toexcellenceandinnovation.
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by warmly welcoming them assisting with seating and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Supervise and support the restaurant and bar team ensuring smooth operations and effective teamwork
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce proper cleaning and sanitization protocols
