Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product features order issues and technical troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- No prior experience required entrylevel candidates are welcome!
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day off during the week.
