Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone email and chat providing accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Address questions about products technical issues and orderrelated concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
  • Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience.
  • Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required ideal for entrylevel candidates!
  • Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
