Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with productrelated questions technical issues and order concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Provide clear accurate and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C2 level) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends.
- No prior experience required open to entrylevel candidates.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.
