Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with productrelated questions technical issues and order concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Provide clear accurate and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends.
  • No prior experience required open to entrylevel candidates.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.
