Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions order issues and technical support.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters to the relevant teams.
- Deliver clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends.
- No experience necessary entrylevel candidates are welcome.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts including night shifts).
