One of our clients is seeking a talented and dedicated Spanish Speaker to join our multicultural team. In this role your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with our Spanishspeaking clientele providing toptier customer service and support through meticulous translation and fluent interaction. We require a Spanish Speaker with a strong command over Spanish who excels in translation bilingual communication and has excellent interpersonal skills. Understanding and respecting cultural nuances is expected along with demonstrating proficiency in written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite as you will need to effectively document all interactions and generate reports. Additionally we are looking for rapid problem solvers who possess incredible attention to detail.
Minimal experience of 1 year as a Spanish Speaker or Helpdesk Representative is required ensuring you bring a solid foundation of technical knowledge that can be leveraged to maximize your contributions. This is a nonmanagerial role which necessitates effective team playing skills as you wont be managing a team.
