JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Operationalizing Strategy and amp; Cascading OKRs
OKR Implementation: Break down the overarching goals set by the Managing Director into clear actionable OKRs at every level of the JKKN group institutions. Ensure each unitcolleges schools healthcare facilitieshas quantifiable targets tied to institutional objectives.
Monitoring and amp; Accountability: Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) progress reviews ensuring all teams meet their OKRs. Initiate immediate corrective actions if any unit falls behind.
2. Mindset Shift Execution
OntheGround Engagement: Organize and lead sessions to encourage faculty and critical role holders to adopt new mindsetsfocusing on learnercentric approaches AI integration and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Immediate Feedback and amp; Reinforcement: Be present in classrooms labs and meetings to observe practices firsthand give constructive feedback and highlight role models who exemplify the desired mindset shifts.
3. Supporting MDs Initiatives and amp; Ecosystem Development
Integration with Startups and amp; AI Projects: Work closely with innovation hubs (such as NLB) to integrate founderled initiativesstartups AIdriven projects entrepreneurship programsinto academic and operational workflows.
Mentorship and amp; Capability Building: Ensure that faculty and staff are trained and supported to mentor startups and students fostering an internal ecosystem that encourages entrepreneurship and AIbased innovation.
4. Identifying Billing and amp; Consulting Opportunities
Local Market Engagement: Scout for local consulting projects applied research collaborations and AI service offerings to generate revenue and strengthen community ties.
Quick Execution and amp; Delivery: Set up streamlined processes for proposal development pricing and project execution. Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction making rapid adjustments to refine offerings.
5. TwoYear Transformation Timeline
TimeBound Implementation: Develop a detailed twoyear roadmap with quarterly milestones focusing on AI integration mindset changes and measurable improvements in teaching learning outcomes and external engagements.

7. Ongoing Input from the MD
