Job Description
Our client is seeking a Construction Manager in the Pierce County area. This role is based in Sumner Pierce County overseeing 5080 homes at a time. Extensive training provided with structured onboarding.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work on multifamily town homes projects
- Supervise 2 6 team members
- Oversee construction sites ensuring compliance safety and quality assurance
- Manage the entire project from inception to completion
- Handson role involving corrections on work processes
- Manage job site and trades ensuring smooth operations
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in multifamily and residential singlefamily homes
- Stable work history with no more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn our clients processes
